Suggestion Title: Adding video to appeals/reports

Description: Right now players making appeals for their bans, reports on bugs and/or players can only post videos if they have a link to say YouTube - or a photo from their computer but I feel we should be able to include video that has no link.
Pros: It would make reviewing these appeals or reports easier.
Cons: None come to mind.
Additional Comments: Not all players have a YT account or are willing to make one.
