Suggestion Title: Add resource nether to lifesteal
Suggestion Category: Gameplay & Economy
Description: Add a resource nether to the /rtp menu that resets just like the mining world does.
Pros: More players can mine their blaze spawners instead of saving up to buy them in the spawnershop.
Cons: It may flood the server with too many spawners, and maybe too much netherite and other good nether stuff too.
Additional Comments: I have other ideas to add more spawners to the server, but will stick with this for now.
