Another use for enchant levels

Description:
With a good spawner farm or two, we get alot of enchant levels while grinding mats to sell.
Add another use for enchant levels besides /xpbottle and making books,
for instance selling the levels, even if its just for $10 or 1 job point per level :)
Pros:
It adds another way to make a little extra cash.
Cons:
It won't benefit new players until they have a spawner farm.
