Suggestion Title:Hire Tydium as a developer 

Suggestion Category: Gameplay

Description: Tydium is a well known developer and is on Siphon discord, he's made textures possible for Bedrock and has offered to work for SiphonMC, his Bio states all the servers he works for. He's very Skillful when it comes to texture development. 

Cons: I can only see this as a benefit but potentially small amounts of lag for bedrock but he is skilled to reduce as much as possible and I've seen him work on issues like this for multiple servers and would be perfect for the bedrock players as we can't see java textures and the black screen ability crashes bedrock.

Additionally comments: I would like to see some staff try to run the tier 2 and 3 dungeon on bedrock so they can also experience the issues as I don't see this being tested as the staff are java, this could also be a reason why the bedrock player count is low as we don't have any way to do dungeons.

Attachments: This clip is an issue of lag Tydium is currently working on another server, this isn't advertising it's a clip of his work as it is related to the reason he should be hired. Also the issue is small just excessive particles which is being turned off for the next update as players are able to do over 10,000 damage, I've done 47,000 before which crashed due to particles but Siphon doesn't have that issue for we don't do that much damage and it's being fixed.

Bosses will not be optimized for bedrock. I could make these changes myself and downgrade things, but I do not want to. You can reach out to Mojang to add display entities. Until then, the answer will not change.

If you would like, you can speak with Tydium himself and discuss about it since I'm not as informed about it, if you are to have bedrock players and would like to maximize you play count and profit this would be a great step to that, plus there's rules of "no cheesing the bosses" but bedrock can't do anything against them. It's an unnecessary struggle that can be fixed by speaking to Tydium and he may be able to come up with a solution.
