Suggestion Title: Make the build job more profitable

Description: 
Raise the Money, Job points and XP for some blocks under the Builder job.
Right now theyre all at $1.45, 1 and 1, blocks that can be raised are:
all Bricks, Bookshelves, Mossy Cobblestone, Glass, Hoppers and Quartz Pillar/Chiseled Quartz Block

Pros: 
Adds a reason to build with some blocks over others, and a way to earn a little more money and job points.

Cons: 
The job might become too good if the rewards are too high, but I just mean by a point or two for the blocks mentioned.

In my testing it took me less than 5 minutes of building to get capped, just for placing a block, literally the easiest thing todo.

Then on top of it jobs limits were all increased recently, making the rewards from ALL jobs increase.
