I feel that the invaders are too OP, and the Herobrine is very bad at doing damage and actually defending the territory. Here is my suggestions:
-Herobrine needs to do more damage to invaders, better AI, and harder to kill.
-The Herobrine can get stuck into waterpools, doorways, and trapdoors making it easier to kill very quickly. To prevent this, Herobrine should stay in the chunk that is being raided so luring the Herobrine into easy to kill spots is harder to do.
-Healing turret needs to be nerfed hard. It is impossible to kill anyone when there are healing turrets everywhere and abusable.
-Allow Allied kingdoms to help defends another allied territory so if the players are unable to kill the invader, and have no effect to them.
-Lastly, disable the placement of turrets, kingdom buffs and other kingdom related stuff when a chunk is recently raided from the invaders. This can still help the defenders to get a chance to killing the invaders, and make it an even chance to invade back. They invaders can place turret and kingdom buff in the claim in 6 hours of the invaded chunk from the defenders.
Even tho on paper defender are buffed, the attackers get the same when they invaded a chunk already making it harder or impossible to take back from especially when a person is afk or inferior to the attacker with turret spam, and kingdom buffs.
