i think of like adding in the rules section or smwhere similar a list with the mods/resource packs the server supports both in smp and life steal
Pros: List the positive aspects or improvements your suggestion would bring to the server.
it would answer some of the repeated questions players ask, also it would help enhance players experience with the game since mods improve on the 'flaws' of the game
or add more stuff to it, furthermore players that are getting punished for downloading mods that are not supported would become less frequent
Cons: Consider and list any potential drawbacks or challenges that may arise from implementing your suggestion.
it would take some time from an admin figure to make it but doubt it would take more then an hour

i could also help provide some of the mods that are most famous in servers and those that arent allowed
