I'm not sure of specific plugin, but a common one where when hovering over any users name in chat, a bubble appears with prominent info: clan, balance, whichever tidbits you feel like adding. I'd say skill level, playtime would be nice to have too. This allows for players to get a glimpse at who is chatting with them, if its someone they haven't interacted with. As a new player, I appreciate having this to get an idea of who is answering my questions, as well as seeing the clans/connections between players.
Pros: List the positive aspects or improvements your suggestion would bring to the server. clearer player info, sort of works as a /profile to see a players total accomplishments without building another GUI (although this could be cool too)
Cons: Consider and list any potential drawbacks or challenges that may arise from implementing your suggestion. Not sure there are any, I've played on servers with it and it's either inconsequential or helpful
