Suggestion Title: Mining world reset and world border increase

Suggestion Category:  Gameplay and quality of life

Description:  I believe increasing the world border will be really beneficial and really improve the quality of life on the server, me and my teammates feel that the world border is a bit too small and closed in, making it easy to find peoples bases, difficult to explore. For example, I've spent about 4 days trying to find Deep Dark biome and often find myself being rtped to the same areas, if the world border is increased, it gives more chances for biomes that people are searching for to spawn and more. I also feel the mining realm does not get reset enough as we often struggle to find mines that are unexplored and again, get rtped to the same area. Overall i feel these changes are worth considering and would really improve quality of life and increased fun on the already amazing server. 

Pros:

Higher chances of certain biomes and secret areas to spawn.

Less chance of being raided due to the bigger space everyone has to put their bases.

More areas to explore which increases interest and adds more fun to the game, rather than being a bit cramped within a small world border.

More areas to mine without things already being explored.

Cons:

May increase lag but may not depending on how much the border is increased
