Suggestion Title: Defense and Agility Skill

Suggestion Category: Gameplay, Plugins

Description: Agility and Defense need to be way easier to level up. Right now it’s actually insane. I fell from 200 blocks and got 0.3% agility?? And Defense is worse cause there's a cooldown before you can even get XP again, so you’re just sitting there barely getting anything. It doesn’t even feel grindable, it just feels impossible.

Pros: Easier to get agility and defense, makes it so that agility and defense are both grindable

Cons: People could get defense and agility and become OP. 

Additional Comments: I feel like this should happen because its very hard for me and my team to get these 2 skills.
