Suggestion Title: Make the /ec Call easier avaible among /rankup ranks

Description: 

 I think the ec Call should he easier avaible because its hard to get to overlord so maybe /mythic or /archon

Pros: 

It would make the gameplay smoother 

Cons: 

 I dont think there is one

Additional Comments: 

 The ec Call shouldnt be that Hard to get because its not most unique or best command u can have its just makes your Gameplay faster because you dont Need to always search for an ec

I think the epic key has to less good rewards considering how rare it is.

(same with the rare key but  i heard that it will get removed)
