 Admins and owner should start giving warnings before punishment.

Description: Provide a detailed description of your suggestion. Explain the idea, how it enhances the server, and any potential benefits.

 Most servers when you see a player doing something that might be banable but isn't really bad like hacking the admins give warnings like they kick the player and let them know that if they continue it will result in a punishment. Right now the server is in a state where it is scary to play on because you may be doing anything and you might get banned. But if you get a warning you also may be able to have time to explain to the admin what you were doing. Like camping, if you are watching a player camp instead of just waiting till you wanna ban how about you kick the player and let them know in the kick message what they were doing wrong just make sure they are out of combat. or you can use /msg to tell players aswell if you are a admin.

 The bad parts are:
Some times players may commit a bad deed before you get to banning them which will cause the owner to maybe have to retrieve items
Also sometimes it would be hard to kick them while they are out of combat so the player themselves don't loose items

 I just find it frustrating to have 0 time to speak my side of the story. I also don't know what is quite bannable because I am not good at reading words and infering on what the rules may hide inbetween the lines. I would much rather have examples shown to me like, oh what i am doing is bad. Im sorry I will stop. Also alot of members sometimes may say something is bad when it isn't so I cannot listen to them about it.
