Suggestion Title: Buff Crafter Minion to be more comparable to the upcoming Crafter block

Description: The crafter minion currently has a maximum crafting rate of 5 crafts per cycle, which is about a second long.  However, the new crafter block which is going to be added to Minecraft very soon has the capacity to craft items a lot faster than our crafter minion from the Yappers minions plug in. I was experimenting in the latest Minecraft snapshot and found that with one Crafter block, you can make items about 3-4 times as fast as the crafter minion currently can. That doesn't even consider the fact that you can run dozens of crafter set ups simultaneously, whereas only one crafter minion is accessible to the player at any given time. My suggestion would be to increase the maximum craft rate of the crafter minion to be something like 20 or 25 items per cycle.

(This is aside from my actual suggestion, but it's related to this minion so I'll include it here) There is also the issue of the crafter minion only being able to put its crafted items back into the chest that it gets the materials from. This causes the minion to stop working if the chest it gets materials from gets full, even if crafting would create more space in the chest for the product. I think the best way to solve this would be to make the crafter minion kind of the opposite of how the sorter minion works. If the crafter minion could just pull resources from chests within its range and place crafted products into the linked chest, it would solve this issue, but I don't know if you have the ability to drastically change how the minion works like that. Alternatively, the linked chest could provide materials and the crafter could place the products inside chests within its range that have a sign with the name of the item on it, like how a sorter works. It would be really cool if these changes are possible, but I completely understand if that's something hard-coded into the plugin which wouldn't be possible to change. The increase to maximum craft rate is the main suggestion that I'm asking for.

Pros: It would increase production rate for the creation of more complex items, which would incentivize more innovative ways to make money rather than sitting afk at a cactus or blaze farm. It would also incentivize players to use the crafter minion more, as it doesn't really seem like people use it very much currently. Overall, players would be happier and it would lead to more creativity on the server.

Cons: There aren't really any drawbacks. If you decide to rework how the crafter minion gets materials and its linked chest, that could mess up somebody's current setup, but as for the actual buff to crafting rate, there are no downsides. There really aren't any ways that this could end up being overpowered, it would just put alternative methods of production on the same level as the most popular farms (blaze rod and cactus).

Additional Comments: This change would be a very small, easy to implement change, and it would result in a lot of good. I hope you'll agree!

Attachments: I can show you the simple crafter block setup which is cheap to build and more efficient than the crafter if you'd like proof that the crafter minion is too slow. It was made out of 1 crafter block, 4 hoppers, and 2 observers. A player could easily build a dozen of these and be crafting over 200 items per second, so increasing the crafter minions rate to 25 would be very fair.
