Suggestion Title:Spawn arena change

Suggestion Category: Gameplay

Description: So the big problem in the server rn that if people are allied in the server, they cant fight each other in spawn. Take the kingdom bee for example, they have over 10 allies so people cant have fun in spawn arena.  

Pros: People wont have to unally for about 5 min just for a spawn fight and sometimes cant re ally if a leader isnt online. Decreases the amount of people getting bored because of no fighting. Finally, it would be a very good add.

Cons: Might need a custom plugin

Additional Comments: Hope this suggestion would be accepted as its a great add with no glitches
